Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with leadership to set the strategic direction and goals for the organization
Manage senior staff and oversee multiple teams to ensure effective organizational practices
Advise on policy engagement and strengthen partnerships with political stakeholders and advocacy groups

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Commitment to equitable climate crisis solutions and experience in climate policy at national and state levels
Experience in political strategy, electoral campaigns, and/or issue advocacy
Proven organizational leadership with experience in management, fundraising, and strategic planning
Demonstrated capability in advancing equity, inclusion, and environmental justice
