Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end recruitment process for GTM roles, including sourcing, screening, and closing offers
Maintain ATS cleanliness and provide weekly reports on recruitment pipeline and candidate progression
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, or at least 3 years of relevant experience
4+ years of recruiting experience, including full cycle recruitment
Experience hiring for Sales, Marketing, and GTM positions
Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools
