A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Accountant.



Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including credit card and employee expense reimbursements
Ensure accurate processing of invoices and maintain accounts payable aging reports
Support year-end audit requests and assist with payroll and other ad hoc projects


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
3 years of relevant accounting experience, particularly in accounts payable
Proficiency in accounting software, with experience in Bill.com or similar and Netsuite preferred
Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
