The Senior Project Manager (Nuclear) is responsible for the planning, direction, and execution of large-scale projects within budget and specifications. This role leads Joint Project Teams (JPTs), manages project schedules, costs, risks, and ensures compliance with safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. Develop and manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk plans. Oversee project budgets over $25 million or portfolios exceeding $75 million. Serve as the single point of contact for all project-related activities. Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Prepare and present project reports to senior leadership. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. Qualifications and Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related technical field. Master's degree preferred but not required. Certification/License: PMP certification required within one year of appointment. Additional certifications in Nuclear Engineering or related fields are highly preferred. Experience: Proven experience managing large-scale projects in nuclear facilities or regulated industries. Familiarity with nuclear safety regulations, quality assurance standards, and performance metrics. Experience leading Joint Project Teams (JPTs) and managing cross-functional teams.
