Key Responsibilities

Provide legal research, guidance, and training to project staff to ensure compliance with policies and regulations
Interact with clients regarding case decisions and ensure major client/legal requirements are met
Manage direct reports, including hiring, goal setting, and performance evaluation


Required Qualifications

Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
3-5 years of related professional experience
Experience with pharmacy claims/reimbursements
Experience using healthcare pricing benchmark data or pharmacy pricing databases
