Key Responsibilities

Prepare and send collection letters to providers according to established guidelines
Follow up on outstanding claims by contacting providers and verifying claim statuses
Investigate claim disputes and escalate issues as necessary while providing accurate documentation


Required Qualifications

1 to 3 years of prior collections or customer service experience
