Key Responsibilities

Administer and manage all non-U.S. benefits programs
Partner with benefits consultants and HR Business Partners to align benefits initiatives
Oversee compliance and audits of global employee benefits programs


Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Human Resources with knowledge of global benefits plans
Working knowledge of statutory and private benefit plans globally
Strong Excel skills
Experience with leave of absence programs
Experience with UKG and/or ADP Lyric is a plus More...
