A company is looking for a Business Systems Associate to support the development and implementation of applications within the Retail Lending organization.



Key Responsibilities

Support the development of functional requirements, including testing, training, and implementation of applications
Participate in the review, analysis, and documentation of business systems and user needs
Assist in the planning, execution, and documentation of functional testing results and training sessions for end users


Required Qualifications

Associates degree or equivalent experience, typically requiring 4+ years of related business or functional experience
Experience in application development, business management, and customer solutions
Competence in application testing, requirements analysis, and system testing
No required certifications or licenses
