Key Responsibilities

Lead the Operational Data Integrity and Business Intelligence Strategy
Establish processes for data migration and mapping to enhance scalability and reliability
Drive accountability for business data content ownership and support technical QA workflows


Required Qualifications

Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent, with 10+ years in strategic business data management
10+ years of experience in Business Analytics Strategy or Data Management, including 5+ years in the Health Plan Sector
Demonstrated understanding of Value-Based Care and data reporting
Proven success in incorporating new business strategies and regulatory guidelines across multiple functions
