Key Responsibilities

Oversee the overall delivery function for Shopify projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Manage multiple project teams, establishing best practices for project delivery and monitoring pipelines
Act as a strategic advisor to clients, leading governance meetings and resolving major delivery concerns



Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in project delivery, product management, or software engineering focused on eCommerce
Deep expertise with Shopify Plus, including custom development and integrations
Proven success in delivering complex, enterprise-grade eCommerce solutions on time and within budget
Experience managing and mentoring diverse teams across technical and non-technical functions
