A company is looking for a Consulting Operations Manager to oversee the Consulting Team and manage consulting projects, clients, and vendors.



Key Responsibilities

Oversee the development and maintenance of consulting department policies and procedures
Manage team performance, conduct performance reviews, and provide coaching to team leads and consultants
Ensure project milestones are met and drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies



Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with 3+ years in operations or team management, preferably in healthcare consulting
Familiarity with EHR/PM systems like NextGen and experience with Government Incentives programs
Proven ability to manage and mentor teams effectively
Skilled in resource allocation and project oversight
