A company is looking for an Absence Claims Team Lead to supervise and lead a team of Claims Specialists and Experts in administering absence management programs.



Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the FMLA Claims team, including delegating work and managing performance evaluations
Develop and monitor performance indicators for staff while providing necessary feedback and training
Implement process improvements and maintain quality standards in compliance with regulations


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
2+ years of Claims Management experience
2+ years of supervisory experience
Experience in absence management or disability management is a plus
