Key Responsibilities

Liaise with key individuals within client accounts to ensure satisfaction with services
Collaborate with Account Managers on success plans to grow and protect revenue
Manage implementation and onboarding processes for new customers across multiple products


Required Qualifications

2+ years of customer success/support experience
Experience in conducting effective consultative conversations
Proven ability to engage with clients at executive levels
Fluency in English; Spanish fluency is highly desirable
