A company is looking for a Senior Director-Counsel for Business Development Transactions.



Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements related to pharmaceutical intellectual property and collaboration agreements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the transactional lifecycle
Provide strategic and legal advice on complex business transactions and coordinate input from subject matter experts


Required Qualifications:

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
Admitted to the bar in at least one state
Minimum of 5 years of legal experience in relevant areas, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector
Experience with intellectual property law and corporate transactions
