Key Responsibilities

Manage, mentor, and grow a team of DevOps leads and engineers
Oversee design, implementation, and management of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
Drive root cause analysis and mitigation plans for critical service disruptions


Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in managing DevOps or similar technical teams
Experience with cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Proficient in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Java, Python, Ruby)
