A company is looking for a Senior Change Order Analyst to lead change order activities and provide variance analysis for change orders.



Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with various teams to produce accurate and timely change orders
Review changes in assumptions and communicate with stakeholders to ensure accurate delivery of change orders
Prepare and customize change order documents, ensuring all information is accurate and complete


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance/Accounting or a related field
5-7 years of experience in proposal and/or change order preparation
Working knowledge of project budgets and financial analysis
Advanced Excel skills with meticulous attention to detail
