Key Responsibilities

Creates and manages ongoing coding quality assurance program requirements, including standard operating procedures and performance management methodology
Monitors QA scores for onshore and offshore coding resources, providing feedback to education and operations teams
Identifies risks and develops targeted QA plans while maintaining the internal QA plan for the team
