Key Responsibilities

Receive and categorize calls from child support client stakeholders according to procedures
Record any abusive or extraordinary calls
Perform other assigned duties as needed


Required Qualifications and Education

High School Diploma or equivalent required
At least one year of experience in customer service, call center technology, or related field
Proficiency in data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 35 WPM
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
