Job Details - EMERGENCY RN - MAX 3 DAYS RTO FOR AUTO OFFER
- Start Date: ASAP (4 weeks from offer for compliance requirements)
- Shift: 3x12 Variables (start times at 7am, 10am, and/or 7pm)
- Ratios: 1:4
- Years of Experience REQ: Prefer 2-3 years experience, 1 year Preferred Experience as a registered nurse ER setting is preferred
- RN's with prior clinical practice, New Grad RN's with prior experience in other emergency type situations, paramedic, EMS etc will also be taken into consideration
- ABG experience preferred
- Required: Must demonstrate independent management of cardiac, critical care, complex care med/surg, psychiatric, and multiple trauma patients of all age groups
- The ability to work in an intermittently fast paced, high volume, high-risk environment is required
- IV Skills for all ages required
- Computer charting required
- Telemetry experience
- Epic REQ? 1 year of Epic experience is preferred
- First-Timers Accepted: Yes but travel exp preferred
- Weekend REQ: TBD
- Is on-call REQ? No
- Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No, ED does not usually float to other areas of the hospital
- 100% staffed RN department
- Open to accommodating block schedule? NO BLOCKED SCHEDULING ALLOWED
