Job Details - EMERGENCY RN - MAX 3 DAYS RTO FOR AUTO OFFER
- Start Date: ASAP (4 weeks from offer for compliance requirements).
- Shift: 3x12 Days (start times at 7am)
- Ratios: 1:4
- Years of Experience REQ: Prefer 2-3 years experience, 1 year Preferred Experience as a registered nurse ER setting is preferred.
- RN's with prior clinical practice, New Grad RN's with prior experience in other emergency type situations, paramedic, EMS etc will also be taken into consideration.
- ABG experience preferred.
- Required: Must demonstrate independent management of cardiac, critical care, complex care med/surg, psychiatric, and multiple trauma patients of all age groups.
- The ability to work in an intermittently fast paced, high volume, high-risk environment is required.
- IV Skills for all ages required.
- Computer charting required.
- Telemetry experience.
- Epic REQ? 1 year of Epic experience is preferred.
- First-Timers Accepted: Yes but travel exp preferred.
- Weekend REQ: TBD
- Is on-call REQ? No
- Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No, ED does not usually float to other areas of the hospital.
- Open to accommodating block schedule? NO BLOCKED SCHEDULING ALLOWED.
- Locals Accepted: NO
- Pending License Accepted: AK lic preferred or need to set the start date 10-12 weeks out.
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
