• Assist guests with booking unforgettable whale watching tours and share insider knowledge about Icy Strait Point's natural wonders.
• Provide excellent customer service with a smile, answering questions and making sure everyone is ready for their adventure.
• Support the Tour Sales Supervisor in daily operations and help make sure everything runs smoothly.
• Share your love for Alaska's wildlife and culture with guests, offering them the best possible experience.
• Help keep guests informed and excited with tour details, orientation sessions, and merchandise sales.
• Be part of a team that works hard to ensure every guest has a blast!
• Assist with promotional activities, tour prep, and anything else to make the guest experience spectacular.What You Bring:
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a love for customer service!
  • A knack for multitasking and working in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for problem-solving.
  • A desire to learn more about Alaska's wildlife, plants, and Tlingit culture.
  • A commitment to safety and an eye for detail.
  • Must be 21 years or older and eligible for a safety-sensitive position.Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
    • Live and work in beautiful, remote Hoonah, Alaska - a place like no other!
    • Comfortable with travel by small plane or ferry to and from the area.
