A company is looking for a Remote Quality Control Specialist to perform quality control reviews of residential investor loan production.



Key Responsibilities

Perform quality control reviews for loan files and identify discrepancies
Review documents to detect and prevent fraud, ensuring compliance with guidelines
Collaborate with departments to improve processes and drive quality improvement


Required Qualifications

2 years of experience in a mortgage or title environment, preferably as an Underwriter or Escrow Agent
High School Diploma and/or GED Equivalent
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, and Excel
Ability to handle a pipeline and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
