Key Responsibilities

Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Monitor and proactively drive improvements associated with KPIs including Medical Receipt rate and client SLAs
Prepare reports on account status and analyze data around performance


Required Qualifications

3+ years of client service experience
Healthcare experience desired
Exposure to SQL Server, Reporting, or business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau)
