*** Contract position for 12+ months; contract can be extended; contract to hire is possible.

*** The job is on-site with a HYBRID work schedule. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate within commuting distance of Pittsburgh PA, Cleveland OH, Birmingham AL, Dallas TX, Phoenix AZ or Cincinnati OH



Business Systems Analyst :

- Support Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions for enterprise-wide systems
- Support and maintain digital identity and authentication frameworks across banking platforms
- Create and govern corporate policies and procedures for identity management
- Evaluate and document security requirements for identity and access management systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define authentication workflows and user access policies
- Monitor compliance with identity management policies and industry regulations
- Analyze and optimize identity verification processes and user authentication journeys
- Create and maintain SharePoint workflows, lists, and surveys for policy management
- Generate reports and analytics using Microsoft Excel for identity management metrics
- Participate in SAFE/Agile ceremonies and project planning sessions

Required Qualifications (Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications) :

- Experience in digital identity and authentication systems
- Experience in writing and governing corporate policies and procedures
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management principles and best practices
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, macros, and data visualization
- Experience with SharePoint, including workflow design and list management
- Understanding of financial services/banking industry security requirements
- Knowledge of SAFE or Agile methodologies
