*** Contract position for 12+ months; contract can be extended; contract to hire is possible.

*** The job is on-site with a HYBRID work schedule. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate within commuting distance of 2850 E Camelback Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85016


API Governance Business Systems Analyst :

- Establish and maintain a central repository for API inventory management, including classification, ownership, and rating systems
- Develop and implement API governance frameworks and compliance standards
- Collect, catalog, and rank APIs used throughout PNC's infrastructure
- Generate monthly metric reports on API compliance status for upper management
- Collaborate with application owners to develop and execute API compliance plans
- Monitor and evaluate APIs across different management platforms
- Provide comprehensive analysis of PNC's API landscape and compliance status
- Create and maintain documentation for API governance processes and standards


Required Qualifications (Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications) :

- Experience with API management platforms, specifically Apigee and IBM DataPower
- Knowledge of enterprise API governance frameworks, management practices and compliance standards
- Experience in establishing and maintaining technical documentation repositories
- Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Office suite
- Preferred: Experience with Confluence and Apache API management tools
