    • Graduate of an accredited -Cardiovascular Technologist Program (CVT) or equivalent
      
    • Certification through the American Registry Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (CVT) and/or
      
    • Certification through Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) (RCIS) or (RCES)
      
    • An active, current state license (AZ)
      
    • American Heart Association ACLS & BLS for Health Care Providers
      
    • Additional certifications may be required
