Key Responsibilities

Ensure successful implementation, usage, optimization, and adoption of products with customers and internal teams
Develop and deliver tailored on-site and remote training to customers
Design solutions for data integration and assist with imaging data migrations and workflow optimization


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, computer science, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred
5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role focused on post-sales support
Deep understanding of medical imaging and data workflows, such as MRI or CT
Experience with data management platforms and cloud-based solutions
Familiarity with tools and languages such as Python, MATLAB, or SQL is a strong plus More...
