• $150 Sign-On Bonus after 30 days on assignment with no attendance issuesElectronics Assembler Mid to Advanced Tasks & Duties (What you'll do)
  • Preparing and assembling circuit boards to full electronic assemblies
  • Performs assignments according to company quality assurance standards
  • Recognizes errors/discrepancies in documentation and stops work until matters are resolved
  • Follows safety protocols while maintaining quick and accurate work
  • Interprets and understands production documents and drawings to complete tasks.Shift Info
    • Day Shift, 7:00am to 3:30pm
    • Monday - FridayQualifications (Requirements/Skills)
      • At least Mid-Level experience in Electronics Assembly preferred
      • Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
      • Able to pass a background check
      • Able to work in the US
      • Experience as an electronics assembler
      • Must be able to read and understand complex circuit board diagrams/blueprints
      • Soldering and electromechanical assembly according to parts lists and circuit board diagrams.
      • Must be familiar with electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, diodes, etc.
      • Must be familiar with SMT, and Through-hole technology.
      • Knowledge or certification in IPC-A-610, J-STD001
