We are looking for a skilled Project Coordinator to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks.

An excellent coordinator is, above all, an organized and competent professional with phenomenal communication skills. You will be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed. The goal is to ensure that crew schedules are efficient and builder schedule dates are met.

Responsibilities

Following office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
Maintaining emails and builder sites daily
Supporting crews by verifying next day schedule.

Qualifications/Skills

At least 1 year of project coordinator experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Data entry accuracy and speed
Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
Reliable with patience and professionalism
Experience with Excel formulas
Experience with Microsoft Word
Technical Savvy

Requires Passing a DOT Regulated Instant and Lab Drug Test

NOT a Remote Position - Requires employee to be in office
