• Planning and scheduling: Create detailed plans and schedules to ensure projects are completed on time
• Managing resources: Allocate and manage resources like materials, equipment, and personnel to optimize efficiency
• Ensuring quality: Conduct regular inspections and testing to make sure deliverables meet quality standards
• Providing technical support: Offer technical guidance and support to the project team to resolve issues
• Communicating: Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and management
• Managing documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation and prepare regular progress reports
• Identifying and mitigating risks: Identify and correct potential risks in the project
• Ensuring compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Measuring metrics: Create frameworks to measure the project's metrics and data collection
• Problem solving: Define and lead problem solving processesProfile
  • 1+ years experience in Construction
  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
  • OSHA certification preferred
