A company is looking for a Healthcare Contracts Administrator Paralegal.



Key Responsibilities

Administer the contracting process and review, draft, and negotiate contracts for third-party vendor agreements
Collaborate with internal teams and assist the legal and growth teams with contracting needs
Track vendor compliance with contract terms and continuously update contract templates and playbooks


Required Qualifications

5-7+ years' experience in-house in the healthcare provider or health plan industry focused on commercial contract law
Paralegal certificate preferred
Experience with corporate governance, contracts, and related matters preferred
Exceptional organizational skills and proficiency in contract management systems
