  Job Details
  • Hospital in Southern Arizona is looking for RNs to complete a 13 week assignment on their Med Surg Tower 4 unit.
  • The right candidates will have 3+ years of experience and have an active BLS.
    Job Requirements
    • 3+ years of experience
    • Active BLS certification
    • EPIC experience required
    • Active AZ or Compact license
      Schedule Information
      • Start dates are not flexible.
      • Shifts: 6:45 - 7:15am/pm
      • Weekend Requirement: Every other
      • Holiday Requirement: Typically 2/3 holidays
      • Floating Requirements: Med Surg and ICU for stable patients
        Unit Specific Information
        • Department: MedSurg - Tele - Ortho
        • Orthopedic patients: all, abd pain, COPD, overdose, ETOH, weakness, psych, surgical.
          Additional Details
          • NURSE PATIENT RATIOS: DAYS - 1:5-6 NIGHTS - 1:6
          • # of Beds: 36
          • Common titratable &/or set rate drips: May see heparin on occasion.
          • Charge Nurse on each shift: Yes, unless need to take patients due to census.
          • PCA on unit: 1:8-12
