A company is looking for a Quotations Coordinator to manage quotations and vendor negotiations.



Key Responsibilities

Review plans and specifications to ensure material quoted meets project requirements
Develop competitive quotations and maintain profitable margins through preferred sourcing methods
Engage with vendors for timely pricing negotiations and assist with administrative duties for the estimating team


Required Qualifications

1-2 years' experience in quotations or estimating preferred
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
Prior success as a remote professional
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams
