A company is looking for an Executive Business Partner to support senior leaders through project management and administrative tasks.



Key Responsibilities

Manage complex project coordination and scheduling for internal and external meetings
Prepare and manage client contracts, invoices, and expense reports independently
Assist with business development research and travel arrangements as needed


Required Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years' experience in an executive support role
Bachelor's degree preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and Salesforce
