We are currently seeking an Assistant Site Supervisor to join our team and assist with the day-to-day management of our 560-unit multifamily construction project in Northwest Phoenix. Position Overview: The Assistant Site Supervisor will support the Site Supervisor in representing Bond Companies in overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to grow their career in construction site management. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Site Supervisor in managing daily construction operations, including general contractor coordination and site logistics. Conduct regular site walkthroughs to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project plans and safety protocols. Maintain accurate records of on-site activities, including work logs, materials usage, safety reports, and progress reports. Enforce safety regulations and participate in on-site safety meetings. Assist in identifying and resolving on-site challenges to avoid project delays. Support inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and building codes. Qualifications: High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred. 5+ years of experience in construction, preferably in multifamily or residential projects. Familiarity with construction scheduling software and tools. Strong organizational and communication skills. Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes in Phoenix, AZ. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems proactively.
