A company is looking for an HR Compliance Analyst to ensure HR Operations and Payroll compliance with regulatory and internal policies.



Key Responsibilities

Communicates and implements regulatory requirements and serves as the point person for operational processes
Leads internal self-test audits and administers the SAFE Act program to ensure compliance
Prepares and supports internal and external audits, conducts compliance reporting, and manages records retention


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
Seven years of payroll and/or HR compliance experience, including documentation and compliance reporting
Certified Payroll Professional or HR Compliance certification preferred
Supervisory experience or ability to lead effectively
