  • Registered Nurse (RN) position at Banner Boswell Medical Center

    Job Requirements
    • No candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will be considered
    • All candidates submitted should be preclosed and ready to accept
    • No Nursys Hits required
    • Flu vaccination required
    • Learning modules must be completed prior to start of assignment
      Schedule Information
      • Start Date should be on or very quickly after the Order Start Date listed
      • All RTO should be listed on the cover page, must be less than 7 days
      • RTO will not be approved in the first 2 weeks of assignment
      • All shifts the traveler is open to working on should be listed on the submission
        Unit Specific Information
        • Must include a copy of driver's license in submission
        • Skills Checklist specific to the discipline must be less than a year old
        • Active License verification must be less than 30 days old
          Additional Details
          • Banner has a specific cover page that must be filled out completely
          • Travel experience preferred
          • Banner assesses a 2% payment discount fee and a 2% technology fee on all transactions
