Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound calls, assisting borrowers with loan inquiries
Process ACH payments and maintain records of customer interactions
Make outgoing calls to new customers and assist with account setup and questions


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in mortgage loan servicing desired
Minimum of 1-year customer service experience required
Experience with email, MS Word, and MSP preferred
