Billing Service Representative



Receive and respond to all telephone or written correspondence inquiries from members within established time frames and policies



Position Responsibilities:



o Assist members with navigation in the member secure web site in regards to billing



o Receive and respond to member and customer inquiries and process payments via telephone



o Document all member issues



o Utilize current reference materials to assist and resolve any member inquiries



o Assist members with understanding claim payment and member liability (including deductible, co-payments and co-insurance)



Knowledge/Experience:



High school diploma or equivalent. 3+ years of combined billing/collections, accounting or customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
