As a Call Center Representative, you will be providing 5-star customer service, product upselling, account access and transaction requests by telephone. You may also escalate calls to higher tiers/other departments when required. If you have a knack for making people feel well-served and cared for no matter what the issue, this is the right path for you!
Responsibilities
You will be the consummate problem solver, answering customer calls according to established procedure. You will process transactions: withdrawals, transfers, stop payments, loan payments, new accounts and service requests. You must maintain an excellent working knowledge of company products and services and be able to cross-sell where appropriate.

Qualifications
Two years of phone and/or customer-facing experience with demonstrated ability to provide solutions according to professional standards
One year of banking experience preferred
Good written and verbal communication skills, especially
listening and problem solving
General knowledge of computer systems and multi line telephones
