<li>Job is a great opportunity for a College Graduates with 0-2 years of experience, that are excited about technology and this opportunity presents a great chance to advance your career quickly.</li><li>Supporting roughly 14,000 users (Help Desk based out of Chicago takes initial calls as end user support and the Tier 2 takes escalated calls regarding the application issues)</li><li>Working support tickets (utilizing other people and developers to help provide solutions)</li><li>Conducting in depth research to problems</li><li>Involved in data moves from new customers </li><li>This person will have room to grow in the company. It&rsquo;s a GREAT opportunity</li></ul>

<li>Individual&rsquo;s will need to have a Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree from and accredited college preferably from IT degree.</li><li>Passion for technology</li><li>An analytical mind (statistics type experience helps a lot in this role)</li><li>Ability to learn and comprehend applications and their technology environment</li><li>Experience with MS Office will help</li><li>Have to ask questions, and customer service skills. </li><li>Energetic and desire to advance and grow</li></ul>
