As an effective team builder, the Advanced Program Performance Management Specialist provides contract/program cost and/or schedule management and analysis related to established or new development programs for major component or small system, or production or logistics programs. We'll expect you to work with single or multiple contracts typically valued up to $20M per year, by developing the program cost and/or schedule baseline within the contract parameters in conjunction with the program team and analyzing program performance (historical and predictive), and monitoring the contract/program Estimate at Complete and schedule completion date, and make recommendations to program manager and program leads. This position will require someone with the ability to manage multiple programs and provide quality schedule and cost analysis. As an analyst you will engage with the program manager / team to provide support in helping programs execute according to the cost and schedule baseline plan. The support provided will be for programs requiring both internal and external reporting; program support will be based on analysts skillset. - Domain knowledge in program and/or product life cycle and financial processes
- Earned Value Management (EVM), scheduling tool and cost analysis experience is required
