Qualifications:


Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy -
NBCOT Certification for Occupational Therapy Assistant
Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Arizona (required upon start date)

Annual Salary Ranges**:

Full Time: $51,480 - $72,800
Part Time: $32,604 +


**Compensation is based on skill set, experience, and caseload.
