• Employment Type: Per DiemExercise Physiologist Per Diem Days Position SummaryThe Exercise Physiologist plans, delivers and evaluates patient care to designated participants in the Cardiopulmonary Rehab program under the direction and supervision of the Clinical Manager and/or Director. The Exercise Physiologist works with team members to improve customer satisfaction and maximize results within the department and functions as a team leader and facilitator providing communications with other health team members in the Cardiopulmonary Rehab department, as well as, performs a variety of direct and indirect patient care duties. Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.THE EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST PER DIEM DAYS CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE.EDUCATIONMinimum: Bachelor's Degree of Exercise Science.
