Doctor Matrix Medical Group is actively recruiting high caliber family medicine health care providers with experience and expertise in treating patients for the following platforms: Respiratory, Migraine headaches, Diabetes, Men & Women's Health, Obesity Management, and more. Healthcare professional (HCP) coverage required 6am EST to 12am EST, 7 days a week. We are seeking full time NPs to cover nights and weekend hours for our platform. Highlights/Responsibilities: Ideal candidate 12+ licenses Required: Nights and weekend shifts Login to our web-based Prescriber Portal to conduct visits with patients who schedule visits or to review asynchronous charts Maintain professional bedside manner over a virtual environment. During visit review patient charts, determine which treatment is appropriate (if any) through asynchronous, audio/video calls, as well as written communications. Review patient's progress on follow-up visits, and determine changes in treatments, and/or titration as needed. Enter detailed SOAP notes after each completed visit into the patient's chart regarding each interaction and visit.. Comply with ethical, legal & professional guidelines. Ideal Candidates: Reliable Kind and empathetic personality, who will provide an exceptional patient experience on each visit. Multi-licensed (at minimum should have 12+ licenses) Good telemedicine manners and etiquette. Have access to a secure environment to work from. Technologically savvy.
