Head of Business Intelligence Commercial EMEALocation: Colmar-Berg, L, LUCompany: GoodyearLocation: LU - LUX REGIONAL OFFICEGoodyear Talent Acquisition Representative: Carina ComanSponsorship Available: NoRelocation Assistance Available: NoThe opportunityWe are looking for a Head of Business Intelligence Commercial EMEA to join our team in Luxembourg or Diegem (Belgium).Key responsibilities: Responsible for industry FC for the region - EU/EMEA - Understand the market evolution and dynamics (sell-in and sell-out, stocks etc) to build a concrete and accurate FC at SBU level.
- Provide data/ fact-based inputs in regional DSO discussions.
- Represent GY in Tire manufacturers forums (aka. ETRMA) to drive better and deeper quality of data.
- Responsible for 4P analysis, market (Industry dynamics, GY group and competition), customer, consumer analysis for the region
- Lead detailed 'root cause' analysis connecting dots (GFK, other channel views, car parc, pricing---) utilizing multiple sources of data to understand market and brand movements and highlight areas to focus on (beyond day-to-day analysis utilizing performance dashboards)
- Highlight major Industry/adjacent categories development in the region, leveraging diff. sources of data needed (car park, fitment, mobility reports, LMC etc.) and implications for the product portfolio
- Mapping competitive intelligence- New product launches (GFK and internal info.), Promotions (align with TM team), pricing, competitive tie up
- Track performance KPIs to highlight the effectiveness of actions taken in market and areas to focus on (need more in commercial as consumer - brand marketing is driving this)
- Responsible for building business intel dashboards and solutions in line with requirements for the region
- Lead development of the BI dashboards and solutions aligning the requirements and priorities across functions.
- Responsible for implementation of ML/DL and advanced analytical tools to improve predictive solutions for the team.
- Lead data and digital transformation by understanding the needs of the business to deliver ready insights performance dashboards.
- Data management
- Identifying new sources of quality data to fulfill business intelligence gaps.
