Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development of technical proposals for federal government contracts, ensuring compliance with RFP requirements
Collaborate with technical experts and project managers to translate technical aspects into persuasive proposal narratives
Review RFPs to identify key requirements and manage proposal schedules for timely submission


Required Qualifications:
