TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Show Low, Arizona, 85901 Pay Information $2,163 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Medical-Surgical Nurse (MedSurg) Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12-hour Nights Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: Required to submit Certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), NIHSS Must-Have: - Experience in an acute care setting - Familiarity with the Allscripts - Sunrise charting system Job Description: - Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical unit. - Utilize critical thinking and assessment skills to manage a diverse population of patients. - Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and maintain detailed patient records. - Coordinate with the healthcare team to deliver holistic and patient-centered care. - Adhere to established nursing protocols and practice standards. - Participate in continuous professional development and unit orientation programs. - Deliver care with compassion, empathy, and an understanding of patient diversity. Note: BSN not required. The role involves working in a facility classified as Trauma Level 3. Orientation involves 8 hours of training.
