The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the guest rooms assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities:

--- Review daily room assignments, making note of VIPs, departure times, turns, and special requests

--- Prepare work caddy with supplies ensuring proper chemicals and tools are in hand

--- Clean and prepare guest rooms to Miraval Housekeeping standards

--- Restock amenities.

--- Report any maintenance issues.

--- Report any HSKP issues (dirty carpets, stains, mold, etc)

--- Ensure lights, radio and TV are in working order.

--- Turn in and log any lost and found items to security office.

--- Place any F&B dishes, glasses into the housekeeping closet in appropriate containers.

--- Complete any special cleaning tasks.

--- Update room status via Hotsos device.

--- Attend scheduled meetings and training.

--- Adhere to grooming standards at all times.

--- Have a positive attitude and work together with co-workers

--- Follow proper recycling procedures
