Key Responsibilities

Monitor, track, and report on government audit activities
Release information from legal medical records to support audit activities
Act as the point of contact for Medicare and other insurance payer audit activity


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
Two years of experience in healthcare, medical coding, billing, or denials required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required
Preferred certifications include RHIT, RHIA, CHRI, CDIP, CPMA, CCA, CBC, CCS, CCS-P, CPC, CPC-H
